From very first day of purchase, I am complaining about the manufacturing defect in new Samsung M51 mobile phone. Samsung Tech team were unable to fix the defect and after speaking with their service center (Miraroad), their executive directed me towards the Online shopping site (Amazon) from where I purchased the phone. Amazon is denying to replace the phone as according to them it should be Samsung's responsibility to replace the defective phone.
I never thought company like Samsung has such a poor technical and after sales services. I cant travel frequently to Samsung Service center due to risk of COVID-19.
If my phone is not replaced, I will escalate this to the highest available contact and write a blog regarding it including social media and consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
Cheap parts are the problem, I'm so disappointed. I'm never going to buy a Samsung product in my life again . Waste of money, What a shame . Samsung India I hope you're reading this.
