Samsung — Samsung refused to repair the product and closed the Service Request without consent | |
I have raised Service Request for repair of my TV on Sept 23, 2021 and SR number is [protected]. Engineer visited on September. 25 and confirmed that TV panel needs to be replaced. After that, I am following up from Samsung Support and I am not getting satisfactory response from anyone and Service center has closed the service request without my consent.
