Purchased S20 in July 2020. After one of purchase, the phone notified on Software Update which was Android 11. After updating the phone, I started seeing Scan lines in the display and the phone was heating up. I cleared all cache and background apps often, yet all of a sudden, the display was gone.
No Physical damage or Liquid damage. Due to the Android 11 software update, the display was gone and shows only White and Green screen.
When I raised this issue initially, it was only 3.5 months past the warranty period. Many users around the globe has raised this issue in Samsung Community forum. This is a known issue due to the Software update.
I'm submitting this complaint so that Samsung will look into this. Was this information helpful? |
