[Resolved]  Samsung — Samsung S20+ locked, buy from Flipkart under SMART UPGRADE PLAN

Dear sir,

I had purchased samsung S20+ from local market before one year & seller give the mobile which he bought from another person who bought from Flipkart under Flipkart smart upgrade plan & i didn't know about it. Now I don't have any contact details of the same person.

Now after one year my phone was locked & i m continuesly following with Flipkart customer service for the payment link so that I can do the remaining payment to Flipkart.

But after so many follow ups still not rec'd any solution from them.

I m requesting you to plz look in to this matter & give me solution of this matter.
