Hello Team,
After updating the software on my s20 plus device. Device screen became green and white. Not able use the device after that.
Took the device to the Samsung authorized service center. They have inspected and told device is not under warranty but there is no physical or water damage on the device.
And they have told some s20 plus devices had green vertical line issue they will support only for that for the Free screen replacement.
I have checked twitter and other social media on this. S20 plus devices has green and white issue as well after the software update. Its clear that Samsung s20 plus has manufacturing issue. Fault is not only on my device.
Requesting Samsung to take this seriously and address it. Accept my request on one time free replacement of screen on the s20 plus device.
