[Resolved]  Samsung — Samsung s20 plus display

Hi. Was the samsung s20 plus display issue resolved for out of warranty phones. I have cared for my phone as long as I can remember and it doesn't have a scratch on it till now. Now these people are frauding consumers saying as the phone fails the wrt test you can't avail for the FOC replacement. When asked about details the service centre had no clue and said they are just following guidelines and if samsung approves they will relace the diaplay and battery. When mailed samsung care they replied the service centre has the authority regarding this and they can't do anything. What is this blame game? Such a huge company and they can't even take responsibility of their own mistakes. The consumer suffers after paying hefty price. And this is their flagship phone. After every update 1 vertical line appears on the display.
