I have ordered S20FE on 23rd September. Faulty device was delivered. I got DOA certificate from Samsung authorized service center on 28th September.
But till now nobody has come for return pickup.
I have been calling Samsung customer care every day from past 21 days. I am getting the same standard reply saying " regret the inconvenience caused. Our backend team will coordinate with you within 24 hours. Your return pickup will be arranged soon"
It's been more than 24 days. Nobody has come. They delivered the product within 24 hours. But for return pickup they are taking more than 24 days. Was this information helpful? |
