[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung S21 plus preorder | |
I had made a preorder of Samsung S21 plus via Samsung shop on 21 January 2021. Paid the full amount online. Delivery date mobile device was showing as 28 Jan 2021. A tracking link was sent to me which kept on changing the delivery date. Customer service for samsung is a total fraud. they read whatever is written in the tracking reference. they know nothing and are completely useless. today is 03 Feb 2021 and still my mobile is not delivered. Samsung is holding my hard earned money, a huge amount for nearly a month and not delivering my device. Customer service has no answer no contact number of higher authority people. Never trust Samsung shop. IT IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. They dont have any answer except. I dont know Was this information helpful? | |
