Samsung — Samsung S21 plus warranty issue | |
I have purchased my samsung s21 plus 5g from Al anees Qatar on 01.04.2021.I am currently in Pathanamthitta, Kerala, India on a long vacation.My phone display is not turning on and tried many solutions like force restart, charging etc.But the phone display couldn't start. I went to the service centre in India and they told me to change the display for 12, 000 INR.I told them that this phone is under warranty.But they are not accepting it.Then I called samsung customer service and they told me to present supporting documents from Al anees to prove that the warranty covers in India.Since such a document never exist, I can't go back to Qatar only to repair my phone. Since Samsung is an international brand, Why they can't provide international warranty to their products? Kindly consider this issue and resolve it. -Mathews Kurian Was this information helpful? | |
