I had preordered a Samsung S22 Phone on the Official Samsung website on the 9th of March 2022 with the Instant Exchange option. Unfortunately the phone was ineligible for a exchange so the courier agent refused to give us the phone and said that we would receive a refund in 7 days. This was at 10th March 2022.
The Order has not been cancelled by Samsung and it has been 9 days since then, We did not receive any Email Updates about cancellation and refund. Upon contacting Samsung Customer Care multiple times we did not get any response other than "We have raised a ticket and the customer support team will get back to you soon" but we did not get any Contact from any Customer Support Team.
We would like the order to be cancelled and Refund to be processed as Soon as possible please. Was this information helpful? |
