Samsung — Samsung S22 Ultra Green Line Issue

I had purchased my phone on 22.9.2022 and ironically on 24.9.2022 i faced the problem of green line on my phone and after collecting data was made aware that samsung is going for free screen replacement for issues in the phone due to technical issues from the company side.As i reached the customer service center to submit my phone i was informed that the phone is late by two days to be covered.I also raised the question that i could only bring the phone when the green line appeared and i am helpless if it has appeared 2 days after my purchase date of 22.9.2025 and that too because of no mistake of my own.
I would like to request such a big brand name like samsung whose i am a regular customer from phones to TVs to Fridge to many others as we believe in the service and brand value of the brand and it gives us a sense of security when we purchase a product from Samsung leaving many cheaper options with same features in the market.
So my only question is if one or two days matter or the genuine nature of the complaint.I hope the matter is heard and really looking for a positive reply from your end.
