Samsung — Samsung S6 Edge - Inbuilt technical Fault, Horror Purchase, Company Must take the responsibilty | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Mobile Phone IMEI[protected] serial no.[protected] on June 13, 2015(night time) from an authorized retailer at Rs. 53400/- (incl. tax) . I was shocked to see that my phone has a typical technical issue. The hands free is not working with phone. I first thought that it is the hands free which has a problem so I tried using different hands free but No - actually Samsung S6 edge hands free compatibility with the device is technically challenged. The device is with the Samsung workshop since June 24, 2015. The engineers from R&D team suggested that I have to compromise and take a handsfree and hold in hand to talk. Yet it may not be satisfactory voice quality. I as client choose not to compromise. Beside, why should I use my hand to hold a hands free to talk. The whole purpose is defeated. I have also spent Rs. 2999/- on a samsung mobile cover for this handset. I would like the company to take complete ownership and provide a definite solution. The inbuilt defect was never highlighted in any way by the company before purchase. I have spent a lot of time, effort and energy on this uncalled for issue due to the hands of Samsung and this is sheer harassment to a regular client. Please help.
