Samsung — SAMSUNG S6 EDGE NOT WORKING PROPERLY | |||
MANAGER SAMSUNG INDIA - I Mohammed Shareef Pre Booked Galaxy S6 Edge and got delivered on 10-April-2015. From the Date of purchase The Gadget keeps on Hanging. First Time I Restart the Mobile and it was working properly, again on 18-June-2015 the phone hanged. I was trying to restart but I was shocked to see that Touch was not working. Immediately I rushed to the authorised Samsung Service Centre, they updated the Software and the mobile was working, Again On 25-June-2015 the phone hung up. I request the Samsung to look into this matter and solve the issue. I want to exchange the mobile. Repeatedly The Mobile is hanging and am trying to restart but the phone is not responding and we can't keep doing rounds around the service centres. Spending INR. 58, 000 Rupees and rounding the Service centres is not worthy. Please resolve the issue as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
