[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung s7 edge phone | |||
Hello mr hong I am a regular samsung mobile phone user and currently using samsung s7 edge. I have purchased the phone on 08 may 2016 and already had issues with screen distortion thrice. I put a complaint yesterday for phone pick and service engineer called today and advised he will pick up the phone but will not provide temporary phone as they do not have it. Evening again they call and advise as per company policy we have ordered screen or hardware replacement without even checking. What a service and why should i allow phone hardware or any component to be changed when it is not even 6 months. Really disappointed with samsung phones service and no customer centricity. I am going to formally lodge a complaint as well as discourage friends to use samsung products. Regards vijay Was this information helpful? | |||
