This one tends to take away trust from the companies and gadgets when promised features are not seen fulfilling specified task
So I brought a Samsung S9 smart phone in 2018 considering one factor " Water Resistant/ Water proof", the other day while dining glass of water fell and phone got drenched in it, and it did not start.
I took it to samsung service centre, they kept in heater for a while and sent me back stating now you may start the next day, but it did not.
As a result gradually battery got so swollen, and it was at the verge of bursting, i wonder how the water proof phone can be so affected and risk the customer's security.
My urge to samsung is kindly resolve the issue and replace my device as I opted for water proof but did not receive one, moreover the safety was on risk.
Samsung is highly trusted to me but this incident seems to be taking it away. Was this information helpful? |
