Samsung — Samsung S9Plus phone service | |||
Hi, I recently serviced my samsung phone due to focus error in my warranty period. 2 weeks later i noticed that the error is not yet resolved. I went to the same service center and was told there was renovation work going on and asked me to visit other branch. I was told in the other branch that service error should be handled only by the branch serviced and so asked me to wait. Now my warranty period is over and the service center is still under renovation. Kindly advise me a solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
