Samsung — Samsung service center (Qdigi Noida) | |||
I bought a Samsung mobile (M32) just two weeks ago. But i am facing an issue with screen since last 4 days. So i visited Qdigi authorised samsung service center located at Noida sector 3. The service center didn't have spare parts for their customers to provide services with an immediate effect. So they checked my mobile and asked me to go home and told me that they will call in a day or two when the spare screen will be available for replacement. But they didn't call me. So i called them to know the status of my screen order. They pivked up the phone and asked me to call after sometime. But they didn't picked up the phone for the next two times. Then third time when i called them again, they picked up the phn and again told to hang up the call telling me that they will call me soon. But they never called. Samsung never took any action on this service center even after reporting bad reviews by many other customers. Really pathetic service. Was this information helpful? | |||
