Hi,
I recently bought a Galaxy Buds pro from the Samsung online site for Rs:- 12, 128.40, but surprisingly, after the OTP feed to complete the online transaction, the amount debited was 13, 476.00.
When I asked Samsung the reason for this, they came up with some Discount stories and denied the differential refund.
I was misled with the wrong amount until I input the OTP; I also have an Automated online notification mentioning the transaction made is 12, 128.4. I never anticipated this sought of fraud from Samsung company.

1. If this discount applies only once, why until I feed OTP the amount shown as Rs:- 12, 128.40? Kindly refer to the below screenshot of the email received from the Samsung automated response.
2. Further, if I still follow your justification as mentioned below, then why till I feed OTP, it didn't show this amount of Rs: - Rs: 13, 476.00?
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I even seen lot of other customers were cuased with the same issue. its like new a degital strategy for samsung to money launder from customer.
let all custemer unite and raise voice.
