[Resolved] Samsung — Samsung service centre engineer damaged my phone and blamed me | |||
Day before Yesterday my mobile was functioning very well. Suddenly it got hanged nd switch to restart, nd it was restarting again nd again. For this problem I brought my mobile to Samsung service centre and there instead of solving my one problem thier engineer made two more problem he missplaced/damaged one part and blamed me for that. But its truely wrong, because its my new phone and it never be opened, it is opened today for the very first time, and you can think of yourself if any part is missing in the device then how it could work. ( its not human body that if one kidney is missing, man could be alive with another one). After that I called Samsung helpline no. For the same problem, and he suggested me to show the phone to another service centre.so I took my phone from that service centre. And I found a new problem. That display of my phone had been gone its only white nothing else. And at this point I want to tell that " he didn't told me about lcd damage" I was watching that he was pinning something to lcd to make it work but he failed nd didn't informed me. Later on after a large argument nd conversation he accepted his fault but still he is not accepting that he had missed one part of motherboard . And I am very sure about it that its totally engineer's fault. He misplaced or damaged that part from mother board and blamed me. I want a quick response. Please help me for this problem.
