I am Shashank Bharadwaj, purchased ( gift to my dad ) a Samsung tablet A7 in September 2021. My mom has been taking free online Sanskrit classes during pandemic through her Samsung phone. I gifted her tablet for the sole purpose of taking online classes via tablet. She started using the tablet in October .
Here's the timeline of communication with Samsung Customer Service
Nov 22 2021 - Via Whatsapp Service - No Response
Dec 2 2021 - Ticket # [protected] my dad reached out to Samsung customer care - No Response

Then started all the hassles- they picked our tablet and said they are going to fix it. My dad was communicating with them through out. Fast forward 2 months, we still have the issue. Our tablet is in the service center more than in our home. They replaced Motherboard and microphone and it didn't work. Tab is totally replaced with the parts, and we see some new issues popping up after the repairs(like volume is down etc).
They are neither fixing it nor replacing it. Couple of times, they dropped at our home saying it is fixed, only to call back and let them know the issue still exists. There were numbers of emails, calling back and forth between my dad & service centre. This happened atleast 3 times in last 2 months. My mom barely used the tablet. It is very essential to have a tablet for her to continue taking taking online classes. we are torn as we sent money but cannot use the tablet and neither purchase a new tablet .
I seriously regret my choice of buying this tablet for my dad as this costed us physical/mental strains over the pandemic and their new choice of progressing their career at this age.We are deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with the current service. Was this information helpful? |
