Dear Sir, I am purchasing SAMSUNG TIZEN (4G) Phone from PANDE GENERAL AGENCY, Mahajan Market, Sitabuldi, Nagpur Shopee on 16 January 2017. Now before 7-8 days my cell phone display was not working properly & due to this 2-3 I went your service center Untakhana, Nagpur for requesting to repair my cell phone in warranty condition, but i was surprised when your Serv. Engineer replied that he was not ready to repair my cell phonr display in warranty condition. Sir, I request you to please took into this matter & do the needful at the earliest.
