I was facing issues in accesiing prime video on my tv. So I called customer care and they advised me with some steps to perform on my tv. Still the issues remains the same, so the guy arranged an engineer visit for 20th jun, 2021. The engineer came, who DOES NOT EVEN HAVE ANY PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, called the same technical team with whom I dealt with in the first place. The engineer with his personal remote did various troubleshooting steps without his knowledge, he blindly done everything and it turned on restricting all of my apps from my tv. Now I am left with no AAPs on my tv and taking continue follow up, about case being investigated and the engineer who instead of resolving my issue, make it more WORST for me assured that I will come with a senior engineer and today is 25th of June, no one came. I ALSO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE ON CALL AGAIN, who told your request is still open and we are escalating this further and also assured me that a new senior engineer will visit tomorrow. THAT TOO DIDN'T CAME!!!Now I am fed up with samsung as I am trying to address my issue by calling your team and they keep cutting and disconnecting my call. IT'S REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR WITH CUSTOMERS.. The engineers visited was SHAILESH PATEL, HIS SENIOR GANSHYAM PATE ARE FRAUDSSSSSS... Samsung is entertaining such engineers who keep getting thier brand name down
I SERIOUSLY WANT SOMEONE TO LOOK ITNO THIS AND RESOLVE WHAT needs to be done.. Samsung you should value your customers and teach your service team how to talk with customers and never CUT CALLS IN BETWEEN. THAT IS REALLY REALLY BAD!!! Was this information helpful? |
