In 2020, we purchased a Samsung washing machine. It has a three-year warranty. It has recently started making a noise while it's running. I've filed a customer service complaint. The engineer arrived and stated that the inside fan was broken. When we asked him to replace the broken part, he stated sincerely that we would have to transport the washing machine to the service center, and they would replace it.
My house is about 50 kilometers away from the service center. If we take it to the service center ourselves and return it after repair, it will cost around 5000 rupees. We stated that it is in warranty, so it is Samunsun's responsibility to repair it. He was denied unfairly and left home.
Please assist us in escalating this issue to the appropriate parties. Here i have attached my invoice and ticket details for further information.
