I am constantly hindered and affected by Hinge issue in my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 1TB edition. It was purchased on 11.11.2023 and before even my warranty expired, i had got the hinge getting stuck problem twice. And now again within few months, it again has the same issue. The Fold doesn't open fully and gets stuck while opening. This is really frustrating when we spend almost 1.75 lakhs on such a bad quality mobile.
I have always been a Samsung Loyal Customer and hence you can see that i bought the only edition of phone which is available on corporate website. I have even advertised the corporate portal to so many people. However, time and again, i have been let down by my Samsung Galaxy Fold 4. The phones i have had has always been handled with care, and you can see no physical damages on the phone whatsoever. I proved that last time also when i submitted 2nd time. With such issues, i am pretty sure your competitors would have considered this one of a case and would have offered me a new mobile replacement or even a better voucher to upgrade myself to latest offerings.
But i am deeply hurt that i am supposed to go through this issue for the third time in less than 2 years of purchase.
I hope looking at my loyalty and the problems i am going through with this particular problem in my Fold 4, you would give me a fair solution for this unfair problem.
