Received defective fridge Filed many complaints Engineer visited. Made more scratches 10 times more than the original Assured to get the door exchange Service was under process Now they are saying parts are ordered again. They are just playing games ..delaying the process. Scam Samsung is a great scammer. Sending engineer for what God knows...making more scratches. Taking photos and going . Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 26, 2023 Updated by Kadam Gauri Defective fridge received. Engineers came. The very talented engineers of samsung...made 10 times more scratches and went. They assured us that door will get replaced. But now Samsung is giving some or other reason and just playing games. Not resolving my complaint. I have complained many times. SAMSUNG CALLED ME AND SAID THAT WE WILL SOLVE THE ISSUE. FRAUD SAMSUNG . UNKE FRAUD ENGINEER. CUSTOMER KO CHUTIYA BANA RAHE hai. Fighting for it since the very moment I received the fridge since oct 14 but Samsung is not solving my issue. Just sending engineer to take photos .
