I have bought such an expensive phones from you'll currently s22+ and also a53
I was misguided by your executive and so I bought the screen protector for s22 as he told me that it is the same for s22 & s22+
When I got the phone in hand I was told that it is not the same I haven't even opened the seal
Now ul are refusing to co-operate for such a small exchange
This is not the way you'll behave with your clients especially when I'm saying it was because i was told that the screen guard is the same I don't need any money I just need exchange I need a call back and a resolution I'm quite a loyal to samsung but this is a very bad experience as even the s22+ i have.
