Sir, I have brought a new mobile handset Samsung galaxy grand prime in April 2015 due to charging my mobile is get heated on July 13 while charging it got switched out atomically it was not getting on so I showed in the gallery I have one yes warranty but both the gallery of Samsung they r charging me for the service the first gallery which is in vasai they said due to liquid prblm the motherboard is damaged so u have to pay 6, 000 rs and the other gallery they said ur motherboard and display is gone and u have to pay 9, 000 R's I have called the customer care but there were no proper service and response from I used the phone only 75 day and having warranty for it then how they can charge me Was this information helpful? | |||
