Samsung Service Center Careless Response — No service/response after several service request

I raised a service request to repair my SAMSUNG washing machine on JUN 03 2015 and keep on fallowing with the customer care, service center & the service engineer too till July 22 2015 (ONE AND HALF MONTH THAT TOO IN A METRO CITY OF INDIA) but response was so bad that finally I wont got the service and dispose the machine and purchase a new one from different brand. In between this 1.5 months i have raised almost 10-15 service request for the same and informed that it is very necessary for me still then there is no response. Thanks Samsung team/brand, thanks for such kind of service to me in a metro city in south India, you have given me a nice experience and lifetime learning that i cannot forget in my life time
