[Resolved]  Samsung Service Center — Complaint of Samsung Galaxy Ace next 313

Hello sir/madam I have purchase a SAMSUNG GALAXY ACE NEXT 313 from KARNAL (HARYANA) from VAISHNO SALES retail counter.I purchase the set on 25th December 2014 and my IMEI no- [protected] and [protected]. I have an probelm with video recording specially in room. I visit the service centre LUXMI AGENCY LINK ROAD, OPP. DYAL SINGH COLLEGE and my bill no is-[protected] at 5 jan 2015 he says the probelm in software. After that i bring my phone back and their is no benifit of visit the service centre. On 10 jan 2015 i visit the service centre again and he can not accept my phone.After that i call on toll free no. of[protected] he listen my probelm and give me complaint no-[protected]. Please take strict action otherwise i have only 1 choice i.e consumer court.pls solve my probelm sir. Name- Montu COntact no- [protected]
