[Resolved] Samsung Service Center — delay in service | |||
Dear sir/madam, My name is yash dubey. I am using samsung j7 since november 2015. Recently, on 9th november the display of my phone stopped working and i took my phone to the samsung service center on 10th november. They changed the display of my phone and returned the phone back to me on 11th november and charged rs. 3900 for the new display. They didn't give me any bill. They also told me that the new display comes with the warranty of 1 month. But on the very next day i. E. On the 12th november, the display again stopped working. I took my phone to the samsung service center on the 13th november and since then they have not repaired my phone and they keep delaying it. When the amount was not paid they repaired the phone within one day but now that i have paid the amount and it is in warranty they are delaying it.
