Samsung Service Center — Extended warranty not valid if | |||
For TV - Even if you take extended warranty, it will be not valid, you need 2 weeks to follow-up with Samsung to get certificate first then repair if they will. Torturing after taking money. I am a live example - ref. number [protected]. What's the harassment samsung, I am suffering for your mistake and also daily fighting in my family. Taken extended warranty: 5 Sept 2015 by same executive of HCL-Samsung who had come for installation too. Handed over only cash memo for 1797 for 3years warranty of my 23 inch Samsung colour TV.
