I would kindly like to highlight the issue with SAMSUNG E5 bought by my mother Neelam Prasad on 5-Nov-15 (scan attached)

"The mobile phone was facing issues with data connectivity in December 2015.
After consulting with network provider, she was supposed to send a sms to get the issue corrected. But the phone got Switched Off and did not start up.
She contacted the store from where she bought the mobile and they instructed her to contact the service center "S-Care" in Ballygunje Phari in Kolkata.
The phone when accepted by the service center had no physical damages. Also the mobile cannot be opened at home. After few days the service centered reverted saying there is a breakage in the screen at one of the corners, which was never there when the phone was sent to service center.
My mother informed them that we have also taken an Insurance for the phone (Scan attached).

The service center convinced my mother that her phone will get changed in this case and asked her to submit in writing that the phone got damaged due to falling. Now the Insurance providers have registered a wrong date of birth even though the submitted documents show the correct dates.
So the situation now stands: My Mother bought a new samsung phone along with paying for warranty. I, her son stays in Gurgaon and cannot help her physically. I am really sorry to see kind of Customer Service you provide where you go an extra mile for harassing an old lady. For no mistake of hers' she is being harassed continuously with no obvious solution.
It would be great if you can help us get the issue resolved because I have no other choice than seeking help from Consumer Forum.

The Samsung Customer Service team when contacted there is no refund promised from their side.
In the meantime, the manager of Bubbly Media Center, Mr. Manav had called and blatantly abused on the phone.
I hope there still exists some faith in Samsung and they will provide some solution to this entire mess.
