Samsung Service Center — Giving false commitments & unsatisfactory product | |||
I am Neetu Yadav. I took Samsung galaxy Note III Neo on 28th dec, 2014. From day 1, this phone is getting hanged & network issues as well. I talked to customer care people & left my mobile at service center twice. But still this problem is not resolved. Still it is there only. They are updating software, but nothing is working.
