Samsung Service Center — improper assistance | |||
i bought an a.c from esquire electronics abulane meerut dated on 21.7.2013.now there is an issue in it..when i called to samsung service center and asked to file my complaint they told me to pay rs 500/- for an engineer visit along with service tax..i told them that ac is in warranty period till 21.07.2016 but they said that the warranty claims only for condenser(even part replacement is not included in warranty period).first thing it was not communicated before at the time i bought it and moreover how would i know whether the issue is with condenser or not?
