I Bought Samsung LCD TV(Model No LA32C530FIRMXL, S.NO: 17903ZNZA00012V, Amount Rs. 38, 000) on 14/11/2010 from Sakshe Electronics, No: Y-215, II Avenue, Anna Nager, Chennai-40(Bill No: 21293). Exactly by 16 Month later the panel display problem happens. I registered complaint [protected]. (Order No: [protected]) and replaced the panel by spending Rs. 12452 on 14/9/2012. On 18.07.2015, double image problem occurs on TV. I called and mailed several times customer car of samsung and CEO office for this double image problem for free of cost/50-50 cost so many discussion. Finally samsung shuts all the doors by saying without Rs.17700 we can’t proceed further. Although i am a regular customer of samsung, no help from samsung.
Finally, I just tried with a local tv repair person, he just removed a short circuit problem and again TV IS WORKING LIKE NORMAL. I JUST SPEND ONE THOUSAND RUPEES(RS.1, 000) ONLY. Hence without analyzing the problem, SAMSUNG CHEATS THE CUSTOMER AND PULLING MONEY FROM HIS POCKET. A GOOD LESSON FROM SAMSUNG. THANKS A LOT. I WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. I HAVE SHARED MY EXP. TO MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES. I AM OUT OF SAMSUNG WORLD.
