Samsung Service Center — New split ac defective in door unit replacement not done | |||
I have purchased one split ac on 5th July 2015 and installed on 8th July 2015, at the time of installation the service engineer reported that the indoor unit is defective condition and reported to the Samsung company, The company sent the outdoor unit instead of INDOOR UNIT and the service engineer took back the outdoor unit. For the past one month I have contacted the customer care several times but till date there is no action. The poor service service of the Samsung company gives lot of suffering to the customer.
