Samsung Service Center — No response from the service team for AC servicing.

Complaint no: [protected] - have been calling them for the last 3 days - last call was actually 11th - every time they they tell me that someone would shortly visit but no one has visit ed till now. They gave me the local service centre number but they are not picking up.
