Doble door fridge purchased in Oct. 2012, once the thermostate panel went out of order during warranty period was repaired by company.
then since last Feb 2015, after warranty expiry, the complaints were lodged and two times i have paid visit charges, and repair charges.
againg and again same problem faced for which company repair person told that the unit i snot repairable. Since then the dialogues from company and service centre took place with the undersigned. They offered 22% per year (for 2 years aggregating 44%) deduction and remaining amount (56%) to be paid to undersigned. Undertaking was asked for accordingly. I was asking for the replacment and whatever the additional amount payable be informed by them but they till date never have given in writing.
after some time, in the month of August, they had sent the mai stating that my complaint is filed, as they said, i havent til l date received any mail and i requested to resent me, but they denied.
now sinc last one week i lodged the complaints on 23th oct, 31st oct, 4thnov. on no. [protected] bearing reference no. [protected], every time i have been told that the person will visit same day. till date nobody has turned up.
