I bought Samsung M31s mobile on 10/08/2020 from Amazon. On 27/07/2021, my phone start giving problems like hanging and not responding to touch some times. On 28/07/2021, I found that suddenly my phone is having some screen discoloration. I thought it was due some software glitch, so I tried to rectify it by resetting the phone with the help of factory reset option, but it did not resolve. The next morning on 29/07/2021, I went to Samsung authorized service center Jyoti Nagar Shahdara Delhi (Service Request Number [protected]). They straight away declined to accept my phone under warranty by saying either you dropped your phone or hit your phone with any object accidently and the defect will not cover under 1 year warranty given by Samsung as your's phone display has damaged.
My phone never dropped or hit with any object. There is not any single mark of any kind of impact on my screen or the body of the phone. It is very neat and clean. I said the executive (Nagma) please check my phone thoroughly and show me any kind of damage or impact but her behavior was very rude, so I went to another executive (Kapil) who advised me to call Samsung Customer Care. I called and the rep advised me to raise Q and A regarding this, so I raised Q and A. While raising Q and A the same executive (Nagma) did not bother to examine the phone thoroughly and just took some pictures of my phone from the side and asked me to please wait for the response.
By the next day Evening I called the service center and came to know that Samsung has refused to repair my Phone under warranty as the damage is caused by mishandling the phone. My question is that if there is any kind of mishandling then please show me the evidence regarding that.
I am also attaching phots of my phone.
I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful in this regard ASAP.
