HARASSMENT DUE TO EITHER SUBSTANDARD Quality OF MOBILE PHONE OR MANUFACTURING DEFECTED PIECE SOLD BY SAMSUNG MOBILE INDIA OR FUSE OF DISPLAY LIKE A BULB SUDDENLY.

This is to your kind concern that I was an Apple Mobile phone lover, But then I got very much attracted by the looks of Samsung Note 10 Lite and decided to purchase the phone on July 2020 .At first it just clicked in my mind about the rumored of heating and burning issues and poor after sales service, But still decided to trust on the brand and went for it.
I purchased the phone from the authorised Samsung dealer .
Samsung Note 10 lite, being a very expensive mobile phone for me, I kept the phone with intense care which can be clearly seen by seeing the brand new condition of the phone.
But to my astonishment suddenly the screen of the phone was not displaying when the phone was fully charged. I was literally shocked.After spending so much amount on mobile phone and trusting the brand the durability of the phone is not even for a year. How can the company sell substandard quality of phone on very high prices. It is strongly doubted either the phone had a manufacturing defect or the company is using substandard quality of parts in this phone.
It is also suggested to the Samsung mobile India to rather than spending funds on advertisements, to kindly use them to provide quality and durable products, smooth after sales service and deploy experienced and staff in Chandigarh region, .
I visited the samsung care service centre in Chandigarh on 24/07/2021 with service no.[protected] regarding this concern and after inspecting the phone the statement given by the was astonishing, he stated that although the phone is physically completely in brand new condition but same like the bulb the display can fuse anytime, in any condition at its own, this shows that the life of the phone is not even a year. My phone stopped working in the first week of this month but due to some covid 19 circumstances and precautions I visited the service centre some days later. The service centre is expecting me to pay amount for their substandard quality and their fault. This is not at all appreciated.
I expect an immediate and satisfactory resolution regarding this concern or I will be left with no other alternative than going to The Honourable Court for justice.I am also taking my grievances to the CEO Samsung India and every possible social media channel for an immediate and satisfactory resolution

      I ordered Samsung 50 Inch TV from bajaj electronics on 04 July 2021. It was delivered by Samsung installation agent on 06 July 2021. 2 hours later when the installation agent was gone, I checked the TV closely and found a tiny scratch on the screen. I immediately called the installation agent and reported the issue to him and shared pictures on whatsapp as well. He said we will call next day. I also called bajaj electronics sales agent and reported the issue to him. Bajaj agent asked me to wait to response from samsung installation agent. Next day Samsung installation agent did not call me so I called him and he said he is waiting for an update form service center. 2 days later I called him again and he said I should contact Bajaj electronics and report the issue to them. I called Bajaj again and they asked me to share pictures of the damage and bills so that that can file complaint with Samsung. I shared all the details with them. They did not contact me for 2 days. I called bajaj again they took samsung service center agent on a conference call with me and suggested to visit my house to see the TV. Samsung agent came and inspected the TV and confirmed there is scratch on screen and reported the same to the service center. I called him next day again and he said they cannot help me and I should contact Bajaj. I've been only back and forth between Bajaj and Samsung.

      I sent email to Samsung India on 16 July 2021 and received a response from Samsung on 18 july that my complaint has been registered with reference number [protected]. I did not receive any response so I sent another email on 24 July 2021 and again received a response that a call has been arranged with a supervisor under reference number [protected].

      I also reported in my complaint that the installation agent charged me 1000 rupees for the wall mount I paid him through google pay and later my family members told me that the wall mount comes free with the TV. He did not give me any receipt for the wall mount as well. This issue has not been addressed either.

      They are expecting me to keep the damaged TV. Although it's a tiny scratch, I am not satisfied to keep it because I am paying huge money for the item.

      All I have been asking is to send me a replacement TV but I am not receiving any help from Samsung or Bajaj.

      Request you to please help me with this issue.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I have bought new Samsung galaxy a22 last 12 July 2021,
          It's not working and switch off automatically any time and not turn on again, I have complain to dealer and they send it in customer care bapunagar AHMEDABAD by 26 July and tell me that it's software problem it's repair after service. After software update problem is still persists and I have to give agains this to customer care for service. Why this problem with new product they sold me faulty product and waist my time in follow up of dealer and customer care. I have bought new phone so it must be in working properly it's look like Samsung sold me faulty phone then it repair kindly replacement of my phone else give money back

              Dear Samsung

              My M31 mobile got screen dead on 14th July 21, so i visited Samsung authorized service center (Kavya Electronics Panvel Mumbai ) and display got replaced under request no [protected]. Customer service agent requested to purchase extended warranty as my warranty going to expire on 30th Jun 21, so i have purchased extended warranty

              Within month on 13th July 21 i have again got display issue (Blue and Black dots on screen) so again visited Samsung authorized service center (Kavya Electronics Panvel Mumbai), this time they not accepted to repair or replace display under request no [protected].

              I always trust Samsung brand from my first Galaxy S2 and now days i lost trust in Samsung mobile as it not last for 1 year .

              Kindly look into it, please let me know why device is not repaired under warranty and if its not consider under warranty please reverse my extended warranty amount

                  Dear sir,

                  Greetings!

                  I have been long term customer of samsung. I use Samsung products only right from mobile, fridge, washing machine to everything for its brand quality. Honestly, I have a great trust on this brand. But sadly I recently purchased a samsung f12 model mobile on 11th July 2021 through samsung mobile app and after receiving the product when I checked with the camera, the camera quality was not up to the mark, so I wanted to return the mobile and so called the customer care service immediately. As per the instruction given by the customer care service people I went to the service center (which is nearly 35 kms distance far from my place since I reside in remote area) to get the DOA certificate on 12th July 2021 to initiate the return process. But they at service center denied to issue DOA mentioning that the quality related issue will not be covered by them and after a great struggle they created a job sheet and also asked me to surrender the mobile and so I surrendered it to them on the same day. Since then I have been calling the customer care service people several times regarding the approval to the return process or the replacement to higher model, but they are not at all trying to resolve my issue. Instead dragging the issue and putting me to suffer a lot. I am facing the worst experience with them. Whenever I call them, they try to escape telling me that I will get a call back from the supervisor and issue will be resolved within today but I never evert get any call back from them at all nor there is any update regarding this concern even after I said I will escalate the issue to the Samsung head, social media and in the consumer forum. it's been 16 days since I surrendered my mobile to service center. I am so stressed and terribly frustrated. I am badly facing the worst experience with samsung customer service. Hopefully my voice will be heard and trust that I will get my refund soon. Awaiting your positive response in this regard.

                    I had bought refrigerator side by side model RS74R510SL in March 2020.l have filed complaint on 10 July 21 wherein we were informed the compressor needs replacement.On 24 july the service engineer brought the compressor..and then said that motherboard also needs replacement. Still no one has come from samsung and the fridge is non functional.
                    This is the worst fridge l have ever seen.

                      Dear Samsung TV service,
                      I'm highly disappointed from the service I received from one of your service centre. I purchased a Samsung Full HD Smart TV in October of 2016 and this month I faced a problem that it was not turning on even when I changed the socket I plugged it in. But it was to no avail. Then I contacted the Customer Care Service to resolve the problem and then a Samsung service engineer came to my house and inspected the TV which was in highly good condition and he himself said that it was in a good condition. We wrapped the TV as it couldn't be repaired at home, he said some parts were needed to be replaced. We gave the TV and it was returned after 11 days but the condition of the TV was deteriorated. Its edges were worn off. He said it was just repaired but when he took the TV he said it needed some parts replacement. He didn't even gave the printed bill of the *replaced* parts. When asked he gave us a handwritten bill only. I'm so disappointed that I wouldn't buy any Samsung product in the near future and would suggest everyone not to buy any Samsung product, because if it stops working you're going to get the worst customer treatment from the Samsung service. Kindly do something regarding this issue. I've attached some picture of my TV and the bill he gave.

                        I have purchased a Samsung TV on October 2021. Within 6 months time it started showing different types of issue. TV started blacking out frequently. Another issue with the TV is there is a horizontal line running across the middle of the screen.

                        I have contacted Samsung service desk several times. Hard to say they aren't of any use. It has been almost 2 months now. In this time period I called them regularly but not a single agent could really help me other than saying they will solve the issue ASAP.

                        I registered my complaint with Samsung on 4th June 2021. It's going to be almost 2 months now and they haven't taken any action yet other than saying they will solve the issue ASAP . I have to say that the customer service provided br Samsung is really horrendous. From all I have experienced I have to say thatt hey Don't care about the customer's time and money.

                        I regret buying products from Samsung and I am sure that I'll not definitely make this mistake in future.

Suddenly a technical issue came we have complaints the coustomer service regarding the issue but the coustomer service gives us wrong information and misbehaved with me .                               I am Dipankar Malakar from Badarpur (Assam).

                              I were bought Samsung note8 from Flipkart. Last year my phone earpiece speaker not working properly, so I visited then customer service Karimganj (Assam). Service boy name Ramcharan, he was not work properly in my mobile. This guy use low quality paste my mobile back panel. This year(2021) month of June, enter rainy water in my mobile, then I shocked back panel fully open just touch of water. 17th June I visit customer service Karimganj (Assam), I asked how enter water in my mobile. He was asked all waterproof mobile after 5 minutes not work in water. He asked touch panel not work in my mobile, so change my touch display. He asked touch display price 16 thousand. Then I asked no need touch panel. He offered then, he given my mobile to Samsung company, he asked me i give fake mobile bill and company refund me 60 percent or 10 percent. But till now this guy Ramcharan asked company approved my mobile, but company not refund me till now.

                                I had Purchased a Samsung tab through the Samsung.com on 12 July and the same was cancelled on 12th July and got emails mentioning that the amount will get credited within 7 to 10 working days which never happened.my order id is 1100357

                                  My Sel[censored]VESH SAIFI, last Diwali i bought a NEW SAMSUNG Mobile Phone, That is M31 from Amzazon india . As i had been facing Display issue with same samsung mobile phone. The issue was that one day while my phone was connected to charger & was being charged, at that time, its display suddenly got disappeared. SInce my phone was in its origianl Warranty, i went to Samsung Customer Centre At Garh Road, Meerut, 250001 . (UTTAR PRADESH) . As i approched the repairing officer at counter, He took my phone & and examine the same for few second, & i requested to repair the same mobile phone to him, he thought for few second then he reply to me that your mobile phone could not repair for free even my mobile is under warranty he said you have to pay 5500 RS for the same . HE excused that your"s phone could not repair for free since it is demage, I insisted that if it is demage, then show me from where it is demage, He pointed at the Screen and said that it is Demage internally . it was not visible to me.

                                        My name is neeraj chaudhry.
                                        I bought a samsung S 20 plus(128gb) phone from flipkart in nov 2020 very 2nd day my screen was having problem lines, blur & very tiny small dot.
                                        I called flipkart & told them to replace my phone they came to my home taken my phone & told me they will take to samsung customer care after 1 day they rejected by saying there Is no problem in screen & phone they rejected my request of replacing the phone after that phone works fine for near about 3 months.
                                        Then after sometime in April 2021 that problem again comes.
                                        I called samsung customer care they told me deposit ur phone in nearest samsung service centre I given a request to replace the phone as this is manufacturer fault.
                                        I am a samsung customer from last 10 years.
                                        Me & my family members always buy high end model but samsung customer care r treating customers as I have done a huge mistake by purchasing samsung phone.
                                        My phone is in brand new condition screen Is not broken, it doesn't have any dent on side the back reper is also not removed fault is of company but they r not ready to hear now I am fed up & in huge trouble.
                                        Now last month I got call from samsung customer care we will try to replace phone now it is near about 3 months days no response & I was without phone.
                                        No response from Samsung customer care last 4 months phone is in service centre.

                                        It is my humble request to u take this matter very seriously.i am enclosing the video, sevice centre recipient & rejection of flipkart too.

                                        They are treating customers like dogs sorry to say that word but they not affraid of indian law.
