Samsung Service Center — Regarding : Samsung GT-S7582 Battery change

Dear Sir, Kindly inform that I am Shikha and i have been coming in samsung Aashiana service centre since 25 days for GT-S7582 battery changing but nobody service engineer is responding properly and saying still battery has not come here (samsung Aashiana service centre) and you come after few days nobody receiving my call. I have called many times to Aashiana cooling point service engineer they used to say always still has not get battery in service centre. My cell phone warranty period is expiring 23 July 2015 in service centre. Kindly resolve the issue immediately. Please do the needful Thanks & Regards, Shikha Bharti Aashiana, Lucknow [protected]
