Samsung Service Center — Samsung tv remote is not working... Poor service from samsung

I bought Samsung 40'' LEDTV 6 months ago. On 25th Dec I was given a complaint that my TV remote was not working and I was told that one of the service engineers will come to you and was provided a ref number[protected] .But till now no one has come from service center. Since I have been using all Samsung brands including phones, lappy, TV and refrigerator. But i did not expect this type of service from Samsung. Poor service.
