I have purchased samaung galaxy mobile last 5 months before, i got an earphone complaint i got it replaced by service centre, bt nw i got a complaint in mobile, one day on 26th july approx in the eveng i kept for charging and unpluged after 2hours and used the mobile it was quite well .and all the sudden i found that small dot and in the early hours of the next day i took it to samsung service centre in gajuwaka, he checked the mobile and simply said that display has been broken, i asked him how could you say that diaplay has been broken, he said its a liquid damage internally, we cant make it resolved take to the city service centre, i just left away tht place, but one thing if that service centre dosent look of the problem for what reason tht service for, adter one day i took to samsung service centre in maddilpalem he to said the same please take to the other service centre i got angry and asked him for what reason you have kept this service centre, then he gave help line number of samsung he said that if the samsung people agrees to replace in warranty then ill replace i spoke to the executive i said the same, samsung dosent provide warranty for physical damage, if it is a physically damaged there ahould be a crack on the screen .but there is nothing, he is giving sum 10% of consideration to replace the screen, again after sum 2days i took my father and uncle n same service centre that day my mobile completly got blank screen and showed him the mobile as a new customer he checked the mobile and he was not sure that weather the screen got broke or not he took inside one closed room and came aftr 5mins then he showed me sum liquid..till then there was no liquid bt all of the sudden with in 5mins what happend i dosent knw the liquid came out, i asked the executive what happend he said internal crack, i asked him how can you say its a crack, he said if i open tbe mobile the screen automatically geta broken, ok fine it broke automatically ill replace with my money please open infront of my eyes, he said no we wont open infront of you, i said then hw would i knw weather it has broken automatically r you hav broken it, he said me we wont open in such a way, i said him that ill complaint in consumer court, he said that to do what ever you want, i want my samsung a7 2016 screen to be replaced in warraty, because this is not my fault.
Samsung is making such substane quality, and providing the worst quality of service.
