Sir, I make a complain for samsung refrigerator on 13/04/2018 (Saturday), complain number-[protected] (Your samsung product request number is [protected]. Use this for any future reference at 180040-samsung[protected] or track online at http://bit.ly/1TZjxtZ). Service engineer visit on 14/04/2019 and take some parts for replacement but after that they not visit again till now. I always talk to samsung care & samsung delor.
