[Resolved]  Samsung — service related issue

This letter is to bring to your notice concerning the purchase of
Mobile on september, 2019.

After few months i getting trouble issue with the device and facing
Many issue, then i visited a near by service center i submitted my
Mobile for service and repair purpose but after some days he informed
Me that your device can't be repaired so we issuing a service refund
Coupan against your device (Samsung m30s 6/128 gb).

I got a service refund coupan against my device but i wanna to
Purchase same series device (Samsung m31 6 gb/128 gb) so i asked to
Many samsung store to redeem my service refund coupan against the same
Series model and give me the product but every one is decline, he said
This device is available for online sale only.
But how can i redeem my credit note against online purchase that's not
Possible for me.

I'm not ready and want to purchase any other model of samsung i want
Only samsung m31 6/128 gb, if possible then give me the same device
Against my service refund coupan or refund my full money in my bank
Account only.

I'm so much harassed by samsung service center, i lost my so much mind
And precious time about this silly matter.

I'm requesting the last time that i refund my money in my bank account
Or arrange the samsung m31 6/128 gb device against the service refund coupan.

Pathetic Samsung Service जो executive मेरा VOC ticket देख रहा था (Rizwan chauhan) उसने मुझे 14 sep के बाद कॉल नही किया ओर उसका extension number अभी not available बता रहा हे, उसका proof attach किया हे,

फिर customer care को कॉल करणे के बाद पता चला मेरा VOC ticket कोई Narendra singh देख रहा हे उसने आज तक मुझे कॉल नही किया, उसका call back arrange करणेके लिये मैने बहुत बार customer care को कॉल किया पर वो खाली मुझे call back का commitment देते रहे,

मैने कितनी बार कॉल किया उसकी details attach की हे, care वाले बस मुझे यही बोल रहे हे आप के case की कोणसी भी update हमारे पास नही हे, ओर as per executive commitment on mail refund DD 17, 000 Rs 25 दिन मे मिल जायेगा,

अभी मे ऐसी दुविधा मे हू की जो मेरा case देख रहा हे उसका number नही हे ओर 15 दिनो से मे खुद customer care को कॉल कर रहा हू ओर वो मुझे properly respond नही कर रहे हे...

इस तरिके से samsung ने मेरे 17 हजार का नुकसान किया हे...
