Dear Sir my father was go at so many time at your services center because our refrigerator is the part where we put bottle its broken but we not find out the model number we search so many times when we ask of visit the person tell us that our services charges is 350 so tell me how its possible because the product of the item cost is less than his service charges we tell us that come with us we take u and droop u but not a single person is come there is more than 1 month we almost purchase Samsung product we still purchase newly washing machine as well as plasma TV but after this services we never give any 1 to purchase Samsung now my clear point is u can send the executive to visit other vice i have no option to file a case against you at consumer form i[censored] open the services center than u should give the services also ...my name Priyesh H Chawda My number is[protected] &[protected]
