I bought this product on July 16th from Flipkart and started using it on July 26th. However, I've been experiencing significant problems with the product. It gets extremely hot and the battery drains suddenly. Because of these issues, I went to a nearby Samsung service center on July 28th. They checked the device but didn't find any problems. I faced the same issues again, so I returned the device on August 1st and received it back on August 3rd.
Unfortunately, the problems persist. The device heats up so much that I can only make calls using headphones, and I'm afraid to keep it in my pocket. I tried reaching out to Flipkart, but they say they can't help since the return period has passed. The Samsung team also refuses to replace the item, claiming there are no issues with it. I can't continue using a product with these ongoing problems. If this is how a new device behaves, I'm worried about how much worse it might get as it gets older. Was this information helpful? |
