I am raising this complaint on behalf o my neighbor.
I purchased the tv on Oct 26th and within a week the screen started to switch off. We reached out to the dealer where we purchased the tv and they asked us to replace the old setup box. Even after replacing the setup
Box the issue was not resolved. We kept on asking the dealer and dealer asked us to contact customer care. I reached out to customer care on 28th Nov. one of the service person visited and told that the tv is defective and they need to replace the part. Since it’s bought a month back, I am asking for replacement and they are not responding to it. Not everybody has knowledge on contacting the customer care and people like us who live in small cities always go to dealers. Now I am stuck with this defective tv. Need help is getting this issue resolved.
