My Samaung TV screen went black 10 days ago. I was told it needed replacement of some panel and a request was raised for the part. After almost 10 days, when I called your customer care today, I was told it is waiting for approval by the quality team.
I said it has nothing to do with me as a customer but it reflects how the company treats a complaint and the level of seriousness they attach to it. I wonder why Samsung is sitting on the repair request and how long does it think should I be staring at the empty black screen?
I am hereby making this complaint to:
1) seek immediate addressal of my complaint
2) compensation of Rs. 25000 for the negligence and unnecessary delay by Samsung for my mental agony.
