Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a Smartphone Galaxy A71 in 11.08.21 with SAMSUNG Care Insurance Coverage. Recently about 2months back this Smartphone Screen got cracked as it accidentally fall down from my hand. I approached SAMSUNG Service centre for repair and as advised by them I lodged a service request in SAMSUNG portal and paid Rs1300/- (Approx) ONLINE for necessary repair.
However SAMSUNG Sevice Centre received the Smartphone for investigation and repair. Subsequently SAMSUNG informed to pay me Rs13000/- (approx) for necessary repair/replacement charges without any report/information about the damages/defects and assigning any reason for this.
I am not satisfied with such response and requested SAMSUNG to consider the Insurance coverage (within one year of purchase) of SAMSUNG Careplus for this repair/replacement for which I had already paid the premium. SAMSUNG accepts the Insurance Coverage but they are not responding about my further clarifications/request.
Request you to please take it up with SAMSUNG immediately for necessary repair/replacement as per provision of SAMSUNG Careplus Insurance Coverage and inform me the details.
